How the product works
You add a job opportunity and candidate context. WarmApply researches the company, helps identify relevant people, and prepares outreach grounded in the role and your background.
WarmApply does not send messages on your behalf. You decide who to contact, edit every draft, send through your own email workflow, and record what happened.
Editorial standards
Our guides are written for a specific decision a job seeker needs to make: who to contact, what to say, when to follow up, and when to leave the conversation alone.
We separate practical recommendations from guarantees, avoid invented performance claims, and revise articles when product behavior or job-search norms change. Examples are starting points, not scripts to send unchanged.
Source hierarchy
We prefer official documentation, original research, and first-party product definitions. Secondary sources are used only when their methods and limitations are clear.
Dates and revisions
Publication dates remain fixed. An updated date appears only after a meaningful change to the advice, evidence, product behavior, or page structure.
Expert review
A named reviewer is shown only when that person reviewed the material and approved the attribution. We do not invent credentials or imply external review by the editorial team.
Corrections
Material corrections are incorporated into the article and its modification date. Product examples are labeled so they are not mistaken for measured outcomes.
