Eligible
User-reviewed outreach tied to a specific opportunity, a defined recipient type, and an observable follow-up window.
WarmApply will not turn product anecdotes into a response-rate claim. This page defines what would need to be measured, excluded, protected, and disclosed before we publish an outreach benchmark.

Research question
The intended question is descriptive: among eligible, user-reviewed outreach recorded in WarmApply, how do message characteristics and observed outcomes vary? The design cannot prove that sending a message caused an interview because job fit, application quality, company behavior, and unobserved relationships also influence the result.
Any future report must distinguish “no recorded reply” from a confirmed non-response and must not equate a direct email with an employee referral.
User-reviewed outreach tied to a specific opportunity, a defined recipient type, and an observable follow-up window.
Test accounts, deterministic fixtures, duplicate messages, bulk campaigns, missing consent, and incomplete observation windows.
Names, addresses, message bodies, job descriptions, notes, prompts, or company-level slices that could identify someone.
WarmApply is not publishing a reply-rate, best-day, ideal-length, or interview-lift benchmark on this page. Until the gates above are satisfied, our guides label timing and length suggestions as editing defaults rather than measured outcomes.
